Dear Rob:

Thanks for the news. I think we should proceed as follows: Let us wait
and see what the referee report say. If they trash the manuscript,
then I would not want to submit the manuscript anywhere else. If they
don't trash it, then I would suggest OMP or Maple Tech.

I don't recall another option, maybe I was dreaming ;)
